Do I pay during setup?
No. You can build your clinic privately — profile, services, schedule and page design — before any subscription starts.
How do patient payments work?
Patients pay your clinic through your own payment account. Consultation fees never pass through DVC, and DVC takes no commission.
Where does the AI run?
DVC uses open-source AI models only. In the standard setting they run with vetted hosting providers, which may be outside Pakistan; a clinic can switch to private processing so AI requests stay on DVC's own servers. AI writes drafts — your doctors review and approve anything clinical.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up as your team grows; your records, patients and page stay exactly as they are.
